Only users with Practitioner permission in ADP can edit onboarding records generated via the Lever integration. The ADP Workforce Now integration utilizes the 'ADP Applicant Onboard' template when generating new onboarding records based on data passed from Lever. Lever's ADP Workforce Now integration works with ADP environments using ADP TotalAccess.
